(1) CEZ requires a constructive opinion as a supplement, and Energo Pro requires a conceptual design
(2) For plants above 30kW, and when submitting a request to CEZ, the design visa must be included in The request for research
(3) For EVN procedure, this Declaration replaces the Access Agreement according to Art. 30, para. 2 of ZEVI. An access contract is an additional step (between steps 13 and 14 in CEZ and Energo Pro procedures.

Every 10 months, the producer submits to AUER an Application for the issuance and transfer of guarantees for the origin of energy from RES.
