1. Preliminary research

Preliminary study of the conditions for the construction of a power plant, preparation of a preliminary offer and analysis of the investment.
Requirements under Art. 24 of ZEVI :
  • UPI in regulation
  • a massive building on the property that has an active lot for electricity consumption

2. Request to study the conditions of joining

We assist clients with the preparation of the application or, if authorized by the client, submit an application to a local ERP.
Required documents (1):
  • sample request
  • copy of sketch of the property
  • copy of document of ownership/right of use

3. Accession opinion

On the basis of a submitted request, EPR issues an Opinion on the connection of a producer to the distribution network.
The opinion includes information about;
  • the authorized power for the construction of the FPP
  • FEC connection point

4. Design visa

The customer submits a request for a FEC design visa to the Chief Architect of the relevant Municipal Administration (2).

5. Technical project

According to the opinion on accession, design visa and site inspection, the designers of "EU-3" prepare a technical design of the FEC.

6. Coordination of project with ERP

The technical project prepared by "EU-3" is submitted for approval by the local ERP.

7. Coordination of a project with the Municipal Administration

The technical project approved by the ERP is submitted for approval by the Municipal Administration.

8. Building Permit

It is issued by the Chief Architect of the municipality based on an approved project.

9. Accession Agreement

A request is submitted for a contract for connection to a local EPP, which describes the technical conditions for connection to the FEC, as well as the connection fee.

10. Contract for the construction of FEC

On the basis of a technical project and a signed contract for connection with the ERP, a contract is drawn up and concluded between the client and us for the supply of equipment, construction and commissioning of the PEP.

11. Delivery of equipment and construction of a power plant

At "EU-3" we maintain stocks of all necessary components and plan the implementation of our sites so that at the moment of signing a contract with us, the equipment for your PEP will be available in our warehouse.

12. Application for completed installation

After the completion of the construction, the client submits an Application for completed installation to the ERP.

  • sample application
  • declaration from a company that carried out CMR
  • declaration from engineer designer
  • equipment protocols and certificates

    13. Constitutive Protocol and Declaration (3)

    Based on the submitted Application for completed installation, a committee is scheduled to conduct an inspection to ascertain the suitability of the site for connection to the network. EPR issues a protocol for establishing the plant's suitability for use according to Art. 147, para. 2, item 14 of ZUT. After placing a panel with measuring equipment, the ERP prepares a Declaration, a copy of which is given to the client.

    14. Purchase Agreement

    With a term of the preferential purchase price until 31.12.2035. After that date, electricity is sold on the open market. In parallel, a Balancing Agreement is drawn up and signed.

    15. Opt-in request

    The ERP installs a panel and issues an order to connect the FEC to the grid. "ES-3" puts the FPP into operation.

    16. FEC produces and supplies electricity to the grid

    The customer issues monthly invoices for the produced electricity to ERP, based on monthly protocols issued by ERP.
    Every 10 months, the producer submits to AUER an Application for the issuance and transfer of guarantees for the origin of energy from RES.
